Jory Prum was as unique as unique gets. His creativity and friendly spirit touched many people and the world is a better place for him having lived in it. Now that a little time has gone by since his passing, we feel it fitting that he be formally remembered in the town he loved so much.
We are raising money for a bench memorialzing Jory right in the heart of Fairfax, his beloved adopted home town. It will be the first thing you see as you reach the park on Bolinas Ave. This park is also right in the heart of where all town celebrations and festivals are held. Jory would approve. Here is an image of the location.
We are seeking donations of any amount to go toward the building of the new bench and plaque, the total cost is just shy of $1500. Any additional money raised will go directly to his Cal Arts scholarship fund. Our hope is to have the work completed for a November bench dedication.
